La pillola del giorno dopo, l'aborto medico (ru 486), il diritto delle minorenni a rivolgersi al giudice tutelare, persino la spirale (vedi sotto) verrebbero messi in crisi drammatica da un governo clerico/berlusconiano/fascista. Ricordiamo come e' stata accolta Vladimir Luxuria in parlamento dalle destre.

We wrote a person of Genoa and telling us what 'happened to her friend who lives in Lombardy. And the letter 'was sent under the heading "Dear Aduc" where, every day, we publish the letters of those who wrote to us and our responses. Here is the text of this important letter and our response.
Hi, I state that this probably is not the appropriate place for this kind of advice, but I do not know where else to turn, if you were so kind that I can give some clarification there would really be very grateful. A friend has visited a clinic for the application of an intrauterine device to prevent future unwanted pregnancies. The dott.sa this was refused on grounds of conscience, in his opinion "the cycle by blocking the sperm reaches the egg before it actually performs an abortion."
Beyond scientific absurdity I wonder if the law on conscientious objection really allows the physician to exercise or less in total will practice or if there is a list of things that one can object. If dott.sa committed an offense, what is the correct way to act?
Keep in mind that after three denials on three requests (it seems that all advice Lombard are constantly patrolled by objectors di coscienza) la mia amica ha rinunciato. Vi chiedo inoltre se è possibile usufruire dei consultori di qualche regione dotata di medici con meno problemi di coscienza riguardo l'altrui condotta. Vi ringrazio moltissimo.

Questo medico, a nostro avviso, ha commesso un illecito penale non garantendo il pubblico servizio a cui e' demandato. A parte l'ignoranza scientifica di questo medico che lei ha ben evidenziato, non esiste un diritto all'obiezione di coscienza in merito, diritto invece previsto per l'interruzione di gravidanza. Pertanto le consigliamo un esposto alla procura della repubblica: una raccomandata A/R in cui racconta al magistrato quanto accaduto e chiede se non vi siano gli estremi of a crime.
