(Bologna) Dopo la notizia delle diciassette denunce arrivate in seguito all'azione di denuncia pubblica di venerdì pomeriggio 7 marzo, davanti alla farmacia S. Antonio di via Massarenti, che si rifiuta di vendere la pillola del giorno dopo , contraccettivo d'emergenza, incorrendo nel reato di rifiuto d'atti d'ufficio (art. 38 del R.D. 30 settembre 1938, n. 1702), è stato indetto per martedì 18 marzo, alle ore 21.00, al cs TPO
Le accuse che ci vengono mosse – informa una nota stampa - sono di interruzione di servizio di pubblica necessità, danneggiamento e imbrattamento, per il semplice fatto di aver denunciato chi rifiuta di vendere la pillola del giorno. Abbiamo sanzionato – riversando due sacchi di palline di polistirolo all'ingresso dell'esercizio and distributing informational materials - what for us is an overdetermination that plays on our desire to decide on our bodies and our forms of life.

Non a caso sui giornali del 12 marzo la FOFI (Federazione ordine farmacisti italiani) dichiarava l'intenzione di riscrivere un testo di legge che tuteli il diritto all'obiezione anche per i farmacisti: di fatto le connessioni scienza medica-formazione-dispositivi di potere sono oggi più strette che mai e trovano nel controllo dei corpi e della sessualità un loro prescelto terreno di scontro.
Non si tratta quindi solo di repressione ma anche di normazione. Non saranno infatti le diciassette denunce a fermare la nostra campagna: quello che ci preoccupa è come le pratiche di espressione che vanno al di là dei semplici movimenti di opinione siano immediatamente tacciate di terrorismo attraverso campagne mediatiche and simultaneously be translated by the prosecutor in Bologna in judicial proceedings.
