The President of the Republic Giorgio Napolitano has promulgated the bill on the legal impediment which provides a shield case 18 months for the Prime Minister and his ministers. The measure, as finally approved by the Senate on March 10 last year, enters into force upon publication in the Official Gazette.
Obviously I'm pleased with the government and majority for the signature of the head of state. During the Bureau of the PDL, the president Silvio Berlusconi thanked Napolitano said, "we now have three years to govern in a peaceful, "while the minister Gianfranco Rotondi said that" such failure is an act of justice and not political arrogance ".
Equally obvious the backlash against the IDV leader Antonio Di Pietro, who launched the 'idea of \u200b\u200ba referendum to repeal this law that limits the equal sign in its view of all citizens before the law, while the reaction of the Democratic Party was much more moderate towards the head of state but also decided against the law: the party it has on the one hand expressed full respect for the decision of President Napolitano, but the mouth of Senator Giuseppe Lumia, head of the Justice PD, this law has defined yet another measure che prova come il governo e la maggioranza si muovano non nell`interesse degli italiani e delle istituzioni ma solo per difendere il premier dai processi.
Secondo la mia personale opinione, questa legge è stata un grave errore da parte del governo, perchè a parer mio limita eccessivamente l'ugualianza dei cittadini di fronte alla legge rendendo il Presidente del Consiglio e i suoi ministri una specie di "casta nella casta" composta da un insieme di superuomini liberi di agire come vogliono e senza dover tenere conto a nessuno delle loro azioni, anche se sbagliate.
Il mio commento non è particolarmente fantasioso, lo ammetto, ma queste poche parole semplici ed efficaci rendono abbastanza chiara l'idea che non solo io ma molti cittadini italiani eprimono già da ora ed esprimeranno a breve su questa legge, ed aggiungo che mi tocca in parte concordare col le parole del senatore Lumia perchè sono stanco che il governo nazionale da me votato e sostenuto continui a pensare a provvedimenti che riguardano direttamente la fiducia del Presidente Silvio Berlusconi e che sono parecchio distanti dalle esigenze dei cittadini vittime della crisi e che non aspettano altro che chi dovrebbe aiutarli lo faccia veramente e in maniera efficace!
Ritengo che se un uomo di Stato reputa che i suoi guai giudiziari possono essere d'intralcio nel suo lavoro governativo, egli non debba accantonare i processi bensì lasciare i suoi incarichi di rappresentanza (magari a persone che problemi con la legge non ne hanno) e mettersi in the hands of the law and judges who will determine his guilt or his innocence ... Not the other way! I told another trivia? Well, I challenge you to say I'm wrong to say such things!
